How we work

Every organisation is different. Every engagement is shaped around that.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution for complex people in complex organisations. Before we talk about solutions, I make sure I understand the real problem. Then I shape the work to fit your context, not the other way around.

The Process

Every engagement is different, but I follow a consistent process to make sure the work stays focused on what actually matters.

Let's Start
1
Understand

I start by making sense of what's really happening. This might include coaching conversations, team diagnostics, strengths or values work, 360 feedback, or facilitated discussions. The goal isn't to jump to answers. It's to get a clear picture of what's going on beneath the surface.

2
Clarify

Once I understand the real problem, we get clear on what success looks like. What needs to be different? For whom? By when? This shapes everything that follows.

3
Design

I build the approach around your context, your people, and your goals. That might be coaching, a workshop, a team session, a broader program, or a combination. Whatever the format, it's designed to be practical and relevant to what your people are dealing with right now.

4
Deliver & Adapt

As the work progresses, I stay close to how it's landing. We check in, gather feedback, and adapt as we go. The focus stays on the problems we set out to solve, not on delivering a program for its own sake.

5
Embed

Lasting change needs more than a good session. Before every engagement closes, I work with you to establish the routines, conversations, and practices that help the work continue, so the progress doesn't depend on me being in the room.

Our Values

What guides the work.
Honest by design.

I'll share a clear point of view, say what needs to be said, and name it early if something isn't working. You'll always know where we stand.

Grounded in evidence, practical by design.

The work is informed by research and behavioural science, translated into practical action. I focus on observable behaviours and make expectations concrete and visible, so people know what they're aiming for.

The relationship is part of the work.

Trust is how change actually moves. The quality of our working relationship matters as much as the quality of the work itself.

Selective By Design

I take on work I believe in. Every engagement goes back to the same question: will this help leaders and teams work better together? That focus is what makes the difference.

Our Clients

Who this works best for

This work tends to have the greatest impact for organisations that:

  • Want to understand what's really happening, not just validate what's already assumed
  • Are ready to invest in the conditions that make change possible
  • Value a direct, trusted partner over a hands-off provider
  • Are open to the work taking the shape it needs to
